A few weeks ago a video might have slithered onto your social media pages of a giant snake lazily making its way across the fairway at a golf course in Zimbali, South Africa. In the video, a few golfers come across the giant python on the 8th hole at Zimbali Country Club. A member of the KwaZulu-Natal Amphibian and Reptile Conservation said that the snake was likely a Southern African Python estimated to be around 11 feet in length.
Needless to say, golf is a game that is already difficult with all the man-made hazards but hitting your ball within striking distance of this giant snake could prove to be the most dangerous.
